Vertex Valley Automation LLC (“Vertex Valley,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an automation studio based in the Treasure Valley, Idaho. When you submit our contact form or otherwise reach out, we collect the details you choose to provide, which may include:

Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our web server may log basic technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to keep the Site secure and running properly.
Our Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your IP address when a page loads. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics on this Site.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule your free automation audit
- Communicate with you about our services and any project we discuss
- Provide, maintain, and improve the services you request

How your information is handled and shared
When you submit the form, your information is passed into our own lead-management automation and stored in tools we use to run our business. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, including:
- Web & automation hosting — our Site and workflow automation run on infrastructure we manage.
- Google Workspace (Gmail & Google Sheets) — used to notify us of new inquiries, send you a confirmation, and store your details securely.
These providers process your information on our behalf and are expected to protect it. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
Mobile information & text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who perform support services on our behalf, such as customer service or messaging platforms, is permitted solely to help us deliver the messages you request. All other categories of use exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you choose to opt in to receive text messages from us — for example, through our text-message opt-in form — we collect the mobile number you provide and a record of your consent (including the date and time). We use it to send you the messages described at opt-in: free-audit scheduling and follow-ups, appointment reminders, and service or account notifications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt in or resume messages by replying START, opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for assistance. Data retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal or record-keeping requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to remove your information at any time (see below).

- Request a correction to your information
- Request that we delete your information
- Opt out of further communications from us

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
